Rooke Everill of Aerooke Services, LLC is the developer of the airpark. He has developed and invested in a number of real estate projects including a 500 acre residential subdivision in Celina, TX. His passion for aviation began at an early age with a father who was an airline pilot. Rooke has invested in a number of aircraft including a Stearman, a J3 Cub, five T28 wrecks which have produced one flying T28, a Beech D18, two Stinsons, and a Piper Archer.
In 2008, Rooke Everill brought on David W. Jackson of The Jackson Company to market the airpark. David W. Jackson has been a commercial real estate broker in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1980. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Association of Realtors. His profession is real estate, but his passion is aviation. David is an instrument rated pilot and aviation enthusiast. He built most of his hours in an Experimental Vans RV7 traveling the country with his wife.
