Completed in June 2006, AeRooke Services LLC in Celina, TX, formed and erected multiple arched truss buildings in sizes of 5,200 sq. ft. and 7,200 sq. ft. N. Rooke Everill, also of Celina, designed the buildings using 7,200 sq. ft. of PBR through-fastener roof panels from MBCI. The Houston, TX, manufacturer formed the panels using 26-gauge Galvalume steel with a Blue finish. MBCI also manufactured 6,000 sq. ft. of Polar White-colored, 26-gauge Galvalume steel exposed-fastener wall panels. The panels were installed by Metal Systems Inc., Irving, TX.

Well Bilt Industries, Williston, FL, custom manufactured three steel rolling door systems for the hangars. One door, measuring 80’ x 17’6", is an eight-leaf bi-parting system. The other two are six-leaf bi-parting systems measuring 60’ x 17’6". All three doors were constructed of bottom beam 4" S and C components, with top beams and vertical stiles of 4" x 2" x 11-gauge tubing. The interior supports were 4" x 2" x 14-gauge tubing. The door systems included top guide systems and bottom tracks, EPDM weatherseals for the bottoms and sides, and Seal-Eze track brushes for the leading edges.

An expansion has already been planned for this facility. Phase I will include 56 hangars, while Phase II will have 40 more buildings.
