Phase I of Texas Aerosport is well underway. There are currently 56 tracts available, and hangars are being built to suit. Several sizes are available, ranging from 3660ft sq to 7000 ft sq. All hangars include Horton 16 x 49 stack doors along with a highly-engineered set of Well Bilt Industries rolling doors. Hangars are constructed with steel arch truss architecture and resemble those structures of yesteryear found on the military airfields of the 40’s and 50’s. With the Iwo Jima, Mariannas and, Omaha Beach plans, there is plenty of flexibility in design whether the need is pure floor space, or shop and office arrangement with living quarters. Designed with 20-year panels, these hangars are guaranteed to withstand winds of 90mph and all have concrete ramps and tarmacs leading to the grass runway. To guarantee a consistent, long-term approach to the appeal of the environment, the site will be deed restricted so that your investment is safe from a cavalier, “do it the way you want it” construction mentality. Each group of 4 sites has its own water and sewer facility so there is no need to rely upon the city for these utilities.
