Deed-restricted lots are available in three basic sizes.  The A units are adjacent to the runway, 0.40 acres in size and sell for $42,000. The B units are adjacent to the runway, 0.48 acres in size and sell for $50,000.  The C and D units are adjacent to the road on the east side of the airport, 0.26 acres in size and sell for $32,000. Prices include utility stubs and access to a concrete taxiway leading to the grass runway.
