Water and Sewage

To control costs and avoid reliance on City utilities, we have an Association-owned on-site deep water well and treatment plant that supplies water to all hangars.  Additionally, each set of four- or six-hangar sections have a dedicated aerobic treatment system (advanced sewage treatment system).  The cost of these utilities is included in the annual Association fees and there are no water meters or monthly charges/fees.

Electricity

Underground 100- or 200-amp electrical service is provided to each hangar by the Grayson County Electric Coop (GCEC) which bills each property owner on a monthly basis.

Trash

A local contractor provides weekly trash pick-up at reasonable rates.
