The TxAeroSport covenant is designed to protect member investments while allowing the full enjoyment of the airpark by all.  Key elements of the Tx AeroSport covenant include:

• An Assocation which will collect reasonable annual fees and to which all property owners shall have membership.  This Association shall be responsible for the provision and maintenance of electrical, water and sewage utilities and for the maintenance of all Common Areas.
• Tight controls on the architecture and construction of all hangars to maintain a consistent look across the entire property.
• All aircraft are to be stored inside a hangar or in a designated location within Common Areas; all other vehicles, equipment and materials are to be stored inside a hangar
• Pets shall not be permitted to wander unrestrained on any portion of the Airport
